We provide written specifications, bid solicitation and evaluation as well as project management services. We work within our area of expertise and can customize our services to meet client’s needs depending on type and size of project.

Robert Wankewycz, Founder
Robert has worked in the construction industry for the majority of his professional career. He started his own construction company, Style Construction, in 1978 in the city of Chicago, working initially in residential and commercial remodeling and major condo conversions. He relocated his company to the NW suburbs where it became incorporated in 1990.
Robert successfully owned and operated Style Construction Inc. until 2018, performing a variety of construction work for multifamily HOA’s such as exterior maintenance and repairs, roofing, siding, masonry, carpentry and painting projects. He has a proven track record of providing specialized services for many of those jobs such as written specifications, consultation with architects and engineers and the hiring and oversight of subcontractors. Robert founded Authentic Inspections & Consulting Inc., a fresh new company with over 40 years of hands-on working knowledge and experience, to focus on providing specialized consulting services to new and old clients.
